This track is a summary of the Captain Jack Sparrow theme. This song is one of my favorites because it has a very complete orchestral arrangement, from the cello solos to the little tambourines. It is complete theme and is a recommended song to learn more about orchestration.
Also, Hans Zimmer is one of my favorite composers.
