CARA SAMANTHA is a NYC based vocalist whose original music is the love child of Sara Bareilles, Norah Jones and Carole King. Cara got her professional start in the musical theater world, but spent the past several years in the recording industry as a backup singer and newly minted singer-songwriter. Most notably, she got to sing for Mariah Carey, Keith Urban, Nicki Minaj and Randy Jackson who gave her a golden ticket to Hollywood Week on Season 12 of American Idol!​
