composed in the autumn of 2023, recorded all together in our rehearsal room at avu in January of 2024, just before Ondřej and Anička went to New York for half a year. Matěj and Dušan then tried their luck at learning how to mix in Ableton and the result is uneven loudness and quite a few beginner mishaps. We will be recording this and other tracks more professionally at the end of november 2024 so stay tuned.

composed in the cold of a cottage get-together during the early spring of 2024, snack day is a song about love and addiction and whatever else you might hear in it. Fast riffs were created to keep our fingers warm as the attic where we played wasn't heated. This recording is the result of collaboration with Mikuláš Bébr ( https://mbebr.com/ ) who produced it and contributed to the ouvre with many ideas of his own. It's the start of a longer collaboration with the first EP release as our current focus.

Formed in the summer of 2023, cardboardhaze is characterized by genre diversity and unconventional composition of their music. The listener might recognise psychedelic, progressive, alternative rock with folk or disco elements in the work. The group consists of 6 people (Anna, Jarka, Dušan, Matěj, Ondřej and Viktor) and is currently working on releasing its debut EP.
