I Am Caress Sahura, a natural born entertainer & multi hyphenated artist in every sense of the word.
Presently a Chicago native, I have always been a student of the Arts. My earliest memories trace back to the age of 5 when I began performing, singing & dancing at school musicals, talent shows and assemblies. Throughout my childhood and Adult life I’ve explored many creative outlets and art forms.
Storytelling through artistic expression is therapy for me. It’s when I feel the most confident , peaceful, vulnerable & free. Especially as a performing artist, I love being on stage… It’s My Happy Place!
I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to work alongside some prestigious names in the music industry. Such as but not limited to; Carl Thomas, Kindred & The family , Bilal, Kahil el Zabar, Kenny Latimore, & Dwele just to name a few.
I’ve graced some of the most prominent stages in Chicago as a professional backup singer, emcee  and now emerging soloist. I aim  to continue my pursuit of  greatness by boldly sharing my love of entertaining & gift of music with the world.
