This song was a reflection of trauma and self healing that myself and Avia experienced. We wanted this song to be relatable and we wanted people to know that "you are not alone, you can make it, you are strong, and to love yourself first". This song was an emotional roller coaster, I had to dig through my trauma and use my pain to self heal.
