Almost 4,5 years ago, we tried combining a total lack in dj skills with a huge love for worldwide ghetto music, ending up at playing a 100+ shows, in dirty squats up to Sziget festival.

After a long cold hibernation of six months we've decided to take shit back on stage, coming Saturday the 17th of May 2014 at 'de Plak' at the  Heel Nijmegen Plat Festival -->

Dagga Dagga is 2 friend DJ crew, bonded by a mutual love of what it considers World Ghetto Beats; moombahton, tropical house, dancehall, cumbia, kuduro, soca and electro mashups, also going under the name of tropical bass.

Having rocked parties and festivals home and abroad like Loos, Rauw, Sziget, Rewire, Shoot Me and State-X, organizing their regular World Ghetto Beats nights at a number of venues and hosting a bi-weekly show at Radio Tonka, they’ve kept themselves busy for the last two years but are always ready for some more mayhem. 

From township to yard, favela to vogelaarwijk and from les banlieues to the projects: We are Dagga Dagga!
