Professor Booty's Trunk o' Funk_part2

Doktor Csoport was a rock group from Pécs. It was not just a band, rather a group of friends with many people around it. 2007 - There were three members at the beginning:
István Tury - guitar
Zoltán Banna - keys
Zoltán Maróti - drums

After a year with some experineces, the band had to find a new drummer, and a bassist. From 2009 to 2011 was the first period, when the band had a few gigs in clubs of Pécs. New members were:
Ferenc Horváth - bass guitar
Csaba Bereczki - drums 

From 2011 to 2013 was the second period with a brand new drummer, Gábor Imre. 

This material contains most tunes from the last period, except the "1. Zöldelő" and "8. Őszkor 8". These 8 tracks are the band's finished, or almost finished songs. Besides that there are many recordings with long jazzy, spacey, funky jams. 

The band's influences were the '70s progressive and psychedelic rock bands, like Pink Floyd, Genesis or Camel; there were some electronic stuffs, like Tangerine Dream, Harmonia, later with the new members come some raggae, funky, jazzy impressions. Apart from some tries with singers, they played instrumental pieces always.

This stuff is a salute to our official first fan, who took her PhD exam, so she's going to be a real doctor.
