The original mix deep, vibrant, and pleasantly pensive. It's perfect for a day or night drive, or just a chillax sonic breeze on the beach. Lumidelic needs no introduction as listeners will just listen to his vibes regardless! This Catalonian resident puts some bounce in the plucky elements of melodic serenity. Sibling duo Mark & Lukas turn every track into gold as if they were Rumpelstiltskin. So it comes as no surprise that listeners will be mesmerized by another gorgeous interpretation. Listeners of melodic progressive will appreciate Lesh's remix. There is a touch of the orient embedded in the silky layers of this atmospheric soundscape. Renowned progressive enthusiast Alex H joins this ensemble showcasing another side of that brilliant mind. His ambient remix is more organic with a deeper soul in which the bassline resonates throughout the listener's mind and body. We are delighted here at Shores to welcome back US-based rising talent Cloudcage, bringing us a stunning new EP. 

This talented artist has created a superb pair of tracks, blending gorgeous melodies with inspiring progressions and beautiful themes to produce a simply spectacular EP. The releases title is poignant as it is a reflection on the artist’s experience dealing with Leukemia, the tracks being conceived during a time in which treatment necessitated isolation. Cloudcage himself writes “The ideas for this EP came from a six month period where I mostly stayed at home just waiting for my treatment process to end. Not much happened during this time - hence the name “Stasis Period”. I tried to incorporate the feelings of intense sadness but also hopefulness I experienced into the songs themselves.”

Are you seeing things? "VYSIONS" is a haunting horrorsynth track with elements of metal and rock, wrapped in my signature style of merging witchcraft and synthwave aesthetics. Inspired by Dance With The Dead, the track delivers an energetic flavour of Halloween with creepy music boxes, 80's-horror-movie-style synths and dark electric guitar chugs.
