After nearly losing one of my new kittens, Scout, to the deadly parasite Toxoplasma gondii (Toxoplasmosis), which caused some horrifying neurological symptoms, including body twitches, I decided to express my feelings about the experience in song using my new DAW. The song is upbeat because she recovered, and is now parasite free!

This song I wrote in 2009 and it's based on a Bo Diddley kind of rhythm, popular in the 1950's - so I live in Kentucky and the University of Kentucky has a college basketball team called Kentucky Wildcats, I'm sure you've heard of them. So one day while watching a game, this tune came to me, this is the instrumental, I had lyrics as well but they were lame so I tossed them. I also created a video for this song and it will be on Youtube soon, just a bunch of cats pussy-footing' around!

For the song I used a Korg Wavestation hardware synth and I wanted to make a comparison with the Korg Wavestate but to tell the truth the Korg Wavstation is much better, it has a warmer sound and much better, the problem is its programming, which the Wavestate has greater ease at the moment to compose apart from its random mode that generates random sounds, that is its strong point, but otherwise the Korg Wavestation is much better in terms of sound and creativity! In any case, for music beginners the Korg wavestation is more convenient since its ease of use makes it much more effective!

Vreau să comentez despre viața mea și relația mea cu muzica, astfel încât adepții mei să își poată face o idee despre cine sunt și să mă înțeleagă mai mult. ! Tocmai am împlinit 52 de ani și din 1985 compun muzică și cumpăr sintetizatoare, adică am un studio mare cu peste 250 de sintetizatoare de tot felul, adică vintage și new generation. Vreau să înțelegeți că sunt un muzician autodidact și toată muzica este făcută cu puține cunoștințe muzicale! Vreau să subliniez că sunt un mare programator de sintetizatoare și fiecare sunet pe care îl scot este o nouă emoție pentru a continua să compun muzică! Adevărul este că toată muzica este făcută cu dragoste și mult sentiment! De asemenea, vreau să subliniez că mai am o pagină pe Soundclound cu un nou proiect muzical! ! Mai vorbind puțin despre stilurile muzicale pe care le public, îmi place foarte mult muzica grupului Tangerine dream și KLaus Schulze! Ei sunt cei care m-au condus de-a lungul vieții să compun diverse tipuri de muzică! Vreau să subliniez că ei au fost cei care m-au introdus în compunerea muzicii în acele vremuri de aur a anilor 80 și, de asemenea, de ce nu în anii 70!
De acum înainte toată muzica pe care o compun este făcută cu smerenie totală. Este mai mult decât clar că uneori sunt greșeli și mereu încerc să învăț ceva nou! Viața mea este muzică până în ziua în care voi muri, așa că mă vor face să scot muzică foarte des! Adică, în fiecare zi scriu muzică și lansez o versiune demo a unei melodii pentru a-ți face o idee despre ce se poate face cu sintetizatoarele. Sunt foarte recunoscător tuturor celor care mă urmăresc pe acest site și adevărul este că există muzicieni grozavi cu calități deosebite! Unii mă surprind cu melodiile lor și îi urmăresc pentru a învăța muzică și a se bucura de muzica lor! Site-ul uneori nu permite tuturor muzicienilor să voteze mai întâi, deoarece contul meu este gratuit și, desigur, are limitări! Mulțumesc anticipat tuturor celor care mă urmăresc și apreciază muzica mea și mulțumesc dragei mele prietene Mirjana Bogdanović pentru că a fost atât de credincioasă și însoțitoare când vine vorba de compunerea muzicii! 5.6.2023 Carlos Alberto Bergmann!
