This piece brings together four timeless classics: Life on Mars by David Bowie, Live and Let Die by Paul McCartney, Nobody Home by Pink Floyd, and Perfect Day by Lou Reed. Although Lou Reed is American, Perfect Day was produced by Bowie, giving it a strong English connection. The heartfelt piano arrangements breathe new life into these unforgettable tracks.

This song began its life some 20 years ago recorded on Mark's old skool keyboard workstation as a bass line and drum beat, accentuated by a synth melody playing over some electric piano. It sat as that basic version until just recently, when Mark had gotten into horn arrangements, and wanted to try some out, thus creating the impetus for reviving this old tune. Plus, he wanted to get the Eclectic Collective to play the guitar and keys parts on it for a little extra jazzy pizzazz.

He turned it over to the rest of the EC gang with a pretty clear vision of what he wanted structurally. Stephen was first up, adding his driving guitar to the fist part of every verse. Josh deftly chimed in with the response line in every verse. JJ then came into the mix last and sprinkled his magic electric piano and other keys throughout. After all of our parts were in the can, Mark went to work dutifully editing and mixing what you hear as the final product. Stephen then did his pro mastering work on it to add a little bit more shine.

This was a lot of fun to put together. It doesn't feature all of the EC, but the other guys will be on many upcoming creations. We hope you enjoy listening to this as much as we enjoyed creating it.

this song is the first one i composed in my recording studio after a long period in countries like romania, croatia and germany and my return to argentina where i have my big recording studio! today is a special saturday night and the typical summer moon, that is to say, it's getting hotter in our country since we're living in a summer climate! returning to argentina was quite sad because i found a country full of political corruption and a lot of poverty! to tell the truth, this is not the argentina that we all know! political corruption is the order of the day and even more so with my mental health problems, it's something that affects me a lot and i don't wish bad on anyone, quite the opposite! i hope the argentine people can be happy since there is a lot of unemployment and mainly the poverty rate has grown notably!

The ancient Greeks had two distinct concepts of time: Chronos and Kairos.  

"Tombstones often display the dates of an individual’s birth and death, separated by a dash. That dash represents the person’s Chronos time on earth and how it was spent.
Kairos time, on the other hand, points to the right, or opportune, moment (the supreme moment), a moment of indeterminate time in which events happen. Kairos is vital time, God’s time. @joseph1-2 is a Barcelona-based producer, vocalist and visual artist, known for his work with some of the most iconic names in Spain’s experimental urban scene, including Tremendo and Elphomega.
