On Friday, June 21, 2019, the Bishop Sisters (Kassandra Marie and Desiree Jordan) offered tribute to their favorite guy in the world, G-Pa.

The song "Perfect Praise (How Excellent)" by Walt Whitman and the Soul Children of Chicago, was a perfect love offering for this amazing being.

Edward Lee Bishop blessed this Earth with his presence from May 19, 1931 to June 11, 2019, and leaves a legacy of love and knuckle-sandwiches for all you peanut-heads out there that love to laugh and live life to the fullest - like G-Pa did.  G' also often said "it's hell gettin' old," so be forewarned.  :-D

May G-Pa be pleased with our tribute, which featured the entire Good Hope Union United Methodist Church congregation that had assembled to honor him and support the Bishop Family.

God, please take care of our G-Pa...
