"Vor zwölf Jahren habe ich Franky bei einem Gig im Airport kennengelernt“, erinnert sich @alexanderaurel, der damals in Würzburg auflegte und so zum ersten Mal in Kontakt mit dem Künstler kam. Seitdem seinen die beiden Musiker befreundet und „haben schon unzählige Raves zusammen erlebt.“ Da Franky Klarinettenlehrer ist, hat sie diese Tatsache irgendwann einmal zusammen in das Studio des Frankfurters geführt – und dabei sind einige Aufnahmen entstanden. „Im Zuge meiner „Follow Up“ EP für @heinzmusic-berlin bin ich wieder über die Aufnahmen gestolpert und habe daraus den Titeltrack für meine neue EP produziert“, verrät Aurel, der fünf Jahre nach den Aufnahmen am 5. As always Kling Klong gives space for new artists and supports upcoming talents. This time Martin Eyerer & Rainer Weichhold had no doubts signing this debut release from Stuttgart's dj/producer Ninetoes as 'Finder' is obviously a massive stand-out track which has the words 'summer hit' written all over it. So it was just easy to convince Leon and Re-UP from Italy to do the remixes and help to make this release even more oustanding.
