Tribal infused, upfront and bursting with the energy of a samba carnival, Sosumi Records’ latest offering is the self proclaimed ‘King of Drums’ Genairo Nvilla featuring the sultry, Caribbean style vocals of Goldy to create, ‘Ghetto’. His infamous drum ensemble is accompanied by the frantic cowbell hits, giving off sounds that you can almost visualise in the middle of a favela carnival with a procession of colour, skin and dancing. This is another summertime weapon purposed built for the dancefloors.
