A professional Tennis Player during his youth, competing with high performance in his native country of Colombia, as well as internationally, led him to place #1 for the University of Nebraska, where he culminated his academic studies, with a B.S. degree in Political Science and International Studies.

As the Director of Alpha & Omega International Student Association, he leads, organizes and develops local and nationwide conferences for the youth. He offers individual and group coaching, planning strategies and campaigns of outreach to create interest in students, faculty and staff, and develop integral growth.  

As an active and full time member of International Center for Integral Theotherapy (CENTI) since 1994, he obtained the title of Senior Master of Coordination. His experience and training include conferences in Colombia, Israel, Costa Rica, Panama, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Dominican Republic, Chile, Paraguay, Puerto Rico, Canada, and the United States. He currently organizes national and international leadership conferences and develops various campaigns and events in different aspects of integral development of the individual in his personal, family, work and social life.

Regarding humanitarian affairs, Carlos Andres is the director of Foundation Our Responsibility; where social awareness and education programs concerning human rights are developed.

He is also a Private Consultant and Coach of Complete International. Through Complete, he implements his experiences to maximize individuals, entrepreneurs and organizations’ potential.

As an international speaker, Carlos Andres has developed his work in North America (United States and Canada), the Caribbean (Puerto Rico and Dominican Republic), Central America (Guatemala, Costa Rica, Nicaragua and El Salvador), and South America (Colombia, Paraguay and Chile).

Conferences in college and Universities include topics such as: How to give your dream a chance to come true; Love yourself at least a little; Sexual freedom; How to succeed in college; Leadership that Inspires; Solving Personal Issues, among other motivational topics

Carlos Andres is married to Laura Alejandra Moreno and is the father of two children, Benjamin and Santiago. They currently reside in the State of New Jersey, in the United States.
