'I Touch Myself' was the Divinyls' biggest hit and touched millions of fans around the globe. Released in December 1990, the single was No. 1 on the charts at home and reached the Top 5 in the US.

It is a song that celebrates female sexuality like no other. Like Chrissy, it is bold, brave, and brassy. It rocked our world. And when Chrissy developed breast cancer, it was a song she wanted to become an anthem for spreading awareness about the importance of touching ourselves for early detection of the disease.

As a tribute, Chrissy's family and friends, her husband Charley Drayton, fellow songwriters, Cancer Council NSW and supporters from around the globe have come together to make sure Chrissy's legacy lives on to remind women to be in touch with their bodies, and if something's not right, see their doctor.

Ten of Australia's greatest singers: Connie Mitchell; Deborah Conway; Kate Cerebrano; Katie Noonan; Little Pattie; Megan Washington; Olivia Newton-John; Sarah Blasko; Sarah McLeod; and Suze DeMarchi have come together to make Chrissy's final wish a reality.

Melissa Etheridge has done some pretty gutsy things in her stellar career. She’s shown no fear in forthrightly standing up for her truths, both in her songs and her life.

But as an artist she’s never quite laid it on the line like she does on MEmphis Rock and Soul, scheduled for release on October 7, 2016 via Stax Records, a division of Concord Music Group. Sure, she’s sung songs by some of her biggest heroes before. But Otis Redding? Mavis Staples? Sam and Dave? Rufus Thomas? These are some of the names, some of the voices of music at the pinnacle of an era in American music, the people indelibly identified with the songs on this album. Captured at the historic landmark Royal Studios with a band of some of the preeminent figures in the Memphis scene, the album includes veterans of some of the city’s most cherished recordings. The songs themselves are all core to the famed Stax Records label, and the album is Etheridge’s loving tribute to the role the music of Stax played in her life, and in modern American life.

Devoted To You - All I Have To Do Is Dream

Carly Simon launched her solo career in 1971 with her eponymous debut album on Elektra Records that not only spawned the hit "That's the Way I Always Heard It Should Be" but also garnered her the Grammy Award for Best New Artist. She followed with a string of noteworthy albums in the '70s, including Anticipation (with the hit title track), No Secrets (featuring another hit, "You're So Vain"), Hotcakes and Playing Possum. Simon also had a hit single in 1977 with "Nobody Does It Better," a tune she sang for the soundtrack of the James Bond film "The Spy Who Loved Me". She finished the decade with another excellent recording, Boys in the Trees, which won a Grammy Award for Best Album Package.

Throughout the '80s, Simon recorded widely, as a leader (including her first album of standards, Torch), as a soundtrack composer/singer (she won the 1988 Academy Award for Best Song and a Golden Globe Award for "Let the River Run" from the film Working Girl) and as a guest vocalist on various albums with such artists as her-then husband James Taylor, Jesse Colin Young and Nils Lofgren. In addition to her critically acclaimed recordings in the '90s, Simon was honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Songwriter's Hall of Fame in 1994 and an Honorary Doctor of Music Degree from Berklee College of Music in 1998. In 2006, Simon's Moonlight Serenade CD was nominated for a Grammy Award in the Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album category.
