The Love We Share

This set was created to elevate a guided breathwork journey at the Sonic Jungle Festival in Mexico City. As the experience gently came to a close, I offered a moment of improvised, intuitive singing; a heartfelt expression supported by the soulful handpan sounds of the gifted player Sergey Ivanov.

If you’re listening to this set as support for your own breathwork practice, I invite you to soften into the now and surrender to the rhythm of your breath. Conscious breathing is one of the most profound tools we have — a doorway to presence. It calms the nervous system, dissolves emotional blocks, reduces stress, and brings harmony back to both body and mind.

Let each inhalation create space within you, and each exhalation gently release what no longer serves your path. Allow the music to hold you — to become a sacred container for your inner unfolding.

This set was created with deep presence and sacred intention — to guide you gently back home, to your heart, to your inner temple. Breathe deeply. Trust each breath as a bridge into stillness. Let whatever arises move through you like a wave. Don’t resist. In the quiet, your soul will begin to speak.
