I think it is time that we all learn to fully accept ourselves so we can live our most powerful and authentic lives and empower others to do the same.
 
In this episode I talk about what I have learned on the road to full self acceptance. I talk about some aspects of my true self that I have accepted and now truly love, because it is authentically me. I am living in full self acceptance and it feel amazing.

Cultivating Full Self Acceptance at Age 22

One of the laws of the universe revolves around the contrast between the masculine and feminine energies, also known as the yin and yang. These energies live in each of us to a different extent, and getting familiar with them can help us live in alignment with the natural flow of the universe.
