My brother, I won't let your story, I won't let it end like this.

Executed but commited no crime
Feet bound in shackles while they severed his spine
No one to help him, no one to trust
When will we learn when enough is enough.

I've got this fire, it's burning inside
Fought back my demons that can no longer hide
So say your goodbyes, we've chosen your fate
You might think youll slow us down, but youll just get in our way.

Board up your windows, and lock your doors
You want a fight, we brought a war
We asked for help, you turned your backs
Holding on for far too long, its time that we act.

No justice, and there will be no peace
Buildings crumble, while bodies fill the streets
No justice, and there will be no peace 
There will be hell to pay for this hypocrisy.

Its something I dont understand, and I doubt I ever will
How you can lie to the masses, so you can justify the men that you have killed
While innocent lives are taken day after day
Only to increase this price on the war that we wage.

It keeps getting harder letting go
Losing faith in all I've come to know.

We've come too far and now theres no turning back
The flames grew higher as the sky turned to black
The crowd drew silent as they await my command
This is for the fallen who have died by your hands.

This is for the fallen.

What about the men that have been gunned down
Left to die on display
Now tell me how would you feel, if this was your family
Beaten and broken, left to die all alone
Now tell me how would you feel if this was one of your own.

I'd bet youd fight back, I'd bet that youd do the same
They may be gone but not forgotten as their story remains
We can fight for resolution if we can push past the pain
And we could be the spark that will inspire the change.

It keeps getting harder letting go
Broken hearts are all I've come to know.

Gone, but not forgotten
Gone, you'll never be forgotten.

But this power needs solitude to develop freely; the more one concentrates, the more one is likely to dream fully, deeply.
