Big Note, Little Note is an early childhood music program for families with infants, led by the Weill Music Institute in partnership with local community centers and organizations. The 10-week music class offers a range of experiences for families to engage with their babies through musical play, singing, songwriting, instrument exploration, and more. With a focus on community, the program supports family well-being, early child development, and parent-child connection. Here you will find original songs used in our classes, commissioned by Carnegie Hall and composed by Saskia Lane, Juana Luna and Nasimiyu Murumba.
