Every single sound comes from the heart and expresses all my emotions, all the strength and all the anger, sadness and liveliness I experienced in the past years, both good and bad. Here just came out of me all the emotions that have accumulated inside me. 
You know channeling your energy and letting it out.... I did it this way...
