A year ago in my workshop, a 14 day non-stop work cycle.....very tired.. fingers sore, eyes blurring and maybe a sore throat and head cold starting. Only a few minutes to spare, and these words fell from the end of my pen onto a spare piece of paper..... a sip from a glass of single malt, and a one take recording..........


The brightest sun will always fade away,

I messed up with the lyrics at some parts coz I haven't memorized the song when we recorded this. 
I wanted to sound like acoustic so I played the instrument and sang all the parts.

I am really really impressed by Taylor Swift with this song. 
My most favorite part was when I said the "Huh, he calls me up and he's like.." part. I enjoyed sounding like a real Anti-Dude Girl. =)))

Caroline McKinney is a singer and songwriter in Austin, Texas. Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, she grew up jamming out to a wide variety of music including classic rock, country, 90's pop, and everything in between. 

Before Austin, she spent time pursuing her musical dreams in Nashville, Tennessee, playing original songs at numerous venues and regularly playing upbeat country covers at Tootsie's Orchid Lounge on Broadway.
