The vocal on this is so beautiful, so ethereal, and all I can think is GLITCH IT UP. Really happy with how this one came out though, it makes me feel like I'm cliff diving off into the glassy Mediterranean waters, and then like partying with robot dolphins and sea horses and shit. Yeah I don't know either

Here is our take on Oliver Helden's - Gecko (Overdrive), we loved Gecko but when he put Becky Hill on the track our mind's were blown. The vocal was insane and we knew it was going to be a challenge to remix it because she fit the original so well. This one's a bit different for us. Unlike our usual remixes of dance and indie artists, we decided to take a stab at a poppier track. We love the vocal hook and thought we could make it into something fresh and dancey. We sped up the BPM, made the drums a bit groovier and threw in a couple quirky chords and vocal chops to give it an identity of its own. Hope you dig the feel good vibes :)

Hey hey! We're sorry this remix was late getting up here on SoundCloud but it was completely out of our hands! Anyways, Dada Life are one of the first electronic music duos who really blew us away when we started Young Bombs. Their production and talent is just next level and they always seem to stay one step ahead of everyone else. So needless to say, getting this opportunity to remix them is still pretty surreal and we're thankful they thought of us!

Although it's only coming out now, this remix was made the day after we finished our 'Weekend Millionaires' remix...so, sometime in April. We were both in a really happy, positive headspace when we made it and we think those emotions really come through in the music. We wanted to make a summertime, progressive house remix but add some twists to it. We gave the verses an island/tropical vibe and the drop a unique groove with the bassline. Hope you feel it, or it will be your last night on Earth.
