This is a special one. This is in dedication to my good friend Jonathan Andrews, who is a huge mental health advocate. This song samples his speech where he talks about how his Dad saved his life when he was suffering from severe depression. Since that life-bonding moment, he's dedicated his life to spreading awareness of mental health to public speaking, and creating circles where men can have a safe space to be vulnerable and speak up.
