NEO-SHOEGAZE/POST-PUNK/NOISE FROM PARIS ✹✹✹✹✹✹✹✹✹✹✹✹✹✹✹✹✹✹
Carpet Burns mixes various influences such as post-punk, shoegaze or noise to create its unique cathartic and somber music. Born in Paris’ underground scene, its four members intend to create a unique sonic experience by combining noisy yet melodic guitar, primal drums, baritone vocals and a fuzzy bass. 

In 2018, Carpet Burns released its first EP, « On your Knees », recorded live in Pigalle, Paris to capture its raw energy.

At the end of 2020, the band recorded its first LP « King Moth » with more mature material, expressing through music the damages of isolation, mourning and coldly analyzing a collapsing world. Experimenting with various pedals, flutes and drums, the result is an atmospheric yet noisy ensemble with peaks of insanity. This album is yet to be released.
