Alternative / Indie Rock duo from Fort Collins Colorado: Carraway, released”Milemarker” across digital music platforms via Alt Index Records on February fourteenth, 2025. This marks the band’s third official single and the first supporting their debut album “The Long Ride Home” expected to be released via Alt Index Records on May 23rd, 2025. 
“Milemarker” combines a number of Carraway’s musical influences, drawing from electronic music, hip-hop, classical, and modern rock. The lyrics explore feelings of existentialism and isolation experienced by neurodivergent people in a neurotypical society. The poetic lyricism develops throughout the song with several returning motifs.

Shining Light

Carraway is an alternative rock duo from Fort Collins, Colorado. Carraway was formed with Drummer Mara Byrd and Singer multi-instrumentalist Nick Amberg in May of 2024 with the release of their demo “Kaleidoscope”. The duo has since performed their unique and energetic live shows around the greater Colorado area and continued to expand their portfolio of music. Carraway seeks to use their music as a platform to discuss mental health and promote diversity in the music scene. Their style is influenced by a number of genres including rock, electronic, jazz and metal.
