My sister and I wrote this song over a year ago.  it was about my return to the Lone Star Sate after living in the Dust Bowl for many years.  Yesterday, we sang it as Hurricane Harvey was finally leaving us.  We thought of our wonderful city and of our hometown, Baytown, which has seen some of the worst. We love you, Texas.
