People talked about some great songs and summer memories. The artists in this episode range from The Isley Brothers, to The Avalanches, to Mac Miller, to Fishmans, to Ofege, and so on. I give commentary and small history listens about some songs throughout the episode, and at the end I talk about my personal favorite song at the moment, as well as the genre Highlife.

People's Favorite Songs From the Summer (Part 2)

When asking my friend what his favorite song at the moment was, a full on conversation about music sparked between me, him, and our two other friends in the room. Once a song is mentioned, a snippet of that song will play, so this is a great way to get put on to a bunch of music at once. The music ranges from Funkadelic, to Wu Tang, to Diplo, to the Fallout 4 Soundtrack, to George Harrison, to Daft Punk, to Herbie Hancock, etc- so you're bound to find something new.  We even talk about what the Mamba Mentality really is, and how it can be applied to music.

Playlist of the People uses street interviews to learn about people’s current favorite songs, while helping its listeners discover new music at the same time. After each interview, the song mentioned in the interview will play, repeating until we have several interviews/songs.
