This album was recorded during winter 2020/21.
Observing the full moon behind the clouds i wanted to write a song about it. But i finally wrote 9 ones on the same theme. I used a casio keyboard, even for drums, added vocals and sometimes talkbox with that same casio. It's lo-fi. It's a contemplative, dreamy album that i hope you will enjoy during your starry nights.

Il s'agit de 2 anciennes chansons réenregistrées dans une version plus "pop", mêlant sons acoustiques et électroniques (ouais, c'est vraiment un truc original, je sais). L'EP s'appelle Blueberry Fields Forever parce que je préfère les myrtilles aux fraises, c'est tout.

I recorded this track for Klimperei's "Containment duets" (track 92, yes 92, named Frying Pan Flute) that you can find there:

This is my part alone, i sampled pan flute, acoustic guitar (pitched, it sounds like a cello) and my voice (sounds like an organ). It was fun, and my first collage-only track. I recorded the notes of each instrument then made something with them.

And by the way, it's a home-made pan flute made with an old bamboo stick found in Paris' Belleville park.

Flauta De Pan Tostado

Carton Sonore started in 2008 making acoustic pieces composed and recorded at the same time, in one or two hours. Since then it evolved in many directions, exploring different ideas: pop songs, instrumental playful pieces, noise symphonies, random music, etc. To be short, Carton Sonore makes music.
