I think it's a alternate version of "Chances"

This track appeared on a random website where Nick seemed to upload a couple of demos to. Credit goes to a user I cannot remember from TheStrokesNews.com who posted the link years ago. This appeared along with Adounia and a couple of other tracks that have now, unfortunately been lost to time. 

Also, I don't remember if it was in an interview or if it was in an AMA, but Nick did mention that he did upload some demos a long time ago and was a bit embarrassed that they got out. I'm assuming he is talking about these demos.
