"Muted" - is a small experiment to capture the initial essence of a creative process. 

To narrow down the focus, I initiated each session by recording a classical vinyl record. The dedicated vinyl sample always serves as the starting and end point for the song. The productions are crafted using a combination of vinyl samples, electric guitar, bass guitar, emulated synths, and contemporary samples. The two tracks were created during one nighttime session 11.11.23

In northern Germany, everyone probably knows the well-known "Moin". After we had built this track back in the days at one night we just thought: Hello! Moin! What's going on here wooohhoooo.
So we named the song "HALLOIN"

Now this track finally makes it to the daylight after 3 years of relaxing on my harddisk. 

Big Thanks from the bottom of my heart to "Milan" aka Munkel Mann @2ufsocke for these many beautiful moments while making music and in the rest of life. Am very grateful to know you in my inner circle.

A few years ago, "Regen" was my first professional release. 
Back in the days it was something very special for me.
As a little 5 year revival I wanted to share with you the version I re-produced for a set at Katerblau.

Besides the typical "rainy" synth, the track got some new downtempo drums and a sitar. Hope you like the reinterpretation.

Two free spirits shimmying through life on the rope of music made this fantastic rework 4 years ago, originally by Ukrainian band @dakhabrakha. As is their way, the track was left on a hard drive alongside hundreds of other gems.

Russia's brutal war of aggression kicked up the layer of dust on the hard drive and brought back memories. It's time to release the song into the world. And with it to spread a message of compassion, solidarity and hope.

Confident that the longing for freedom will last longer than any war or tyrant.
