,,After 3 years of working with ZENA I have had the pleasure to discover and meet many new and talented FLINTA Artists within the electronic music scene. I can see that our work is inspiring young DJs and Producers to put themselves out there and most of all to speak up about what changes they want to see within the music industry. This truly warms my heart.

Through our work and direct contact with “the people in charge” we can see that Event managers, Organizers and Bookers are slowly acknowledging that there is a undergoing systematic problem in the music industry when it comes to discriminative line up structures and Artist support. However, I can still sense a unspoken resistance and sceptisism. 
There is a lack of trust in us that we can deliver to an expected standard  and there is this constant need to prove that we actually have the needed skills and take it extremely seriously - that is where the next step has to start. Trust us we know exactly what we are doing, because we had to work twice as hard and twice as long to be even seen by you and given a chance.
Continuing the work with Zena I envision a future where actual talent is scouted and I as one of many other FLINTA artists are not just a  tick on a list.''
