PX-5S PWM Strings

I was visiting a Casio dealer, sat down at a CGP-700, popped in my thumb drive, and improvised this piece using the Elect.Piano 2 preset. Additional processing done in Steinberg Cubase.

Circles

I improvised a piano composition on a Casio CGP-700 using the audio recorder function (recording to a USB thumb drive). I imported the WAV file into Steinberg Cubase and added the other strings, synths, and bass parts using the Casio PX-560M.

This is a short passage recorded on a Casio PX-S3000, a new model Privia stage piano, using the Audio Recorder feature and a USB thumb drive. I mastered it in Steinberg Cubase.

Expanded

I improvised this composition on a Casio CGP-700 digital piano. The Casio allows you to sustain one sound while changing sounds and playing the notes of another. I was able to do this back and forth throughout the first half of the piece without dropping any notes. Nice feature! I recorded the piece using the CGP's audio recorder function to a USB thumb drive, put the thumb drive in my Mac and imported the WAV file for further processing in Steinberg Cubase.

"Recollection One" was initially improvised on a Casio CGP-700 stage piano, recorded using the keyboard's audio recorder feature, to a USB thumb drive. I imported the resulting WAV file into Steinberg Cubase for additional processing and mastering.

I sat down at a Casio PX-S3000 stage piano, popped in a USB thumb drive and began to improvise. I changed my mind midstream....hence the title, "Confluence". This is also an experiment with the new Steinberg Multi tap Delay in Steinberg Cubase 10.5, and Waves H-Delay.
