As the smoke settles from 4/20 and your hazy brain enters itself back into reality, it's our job to make that transition a little easier with a beautiful twist on bad luck from our buddy KOZ.

Releasing with us twice in the past as part of the 'SAAS' project and on a collab with the Smoakland bois, we're excited to push a new side of KOZ's sound with a solo release to fully represent himself as an artist. Titled "YEE", you can already anticipate the hype that gets us going every time we throw it on. Finding a balance of gritty, experimental sound design and dialed-in hip hop vocals can be a challenge when it comes to creating a cohesive piece but KOZ nailed it on this one, moving freely between styles and fully representing the sound that moves him to keep creating.

The constant hunt for bad luck is a rewarding one, allowing us to showcase the in's and out's of the artist's minds we work with. Whether working solo or with a larger group, finding new and unique ways to communicate thoughts and emotions through sound is a beautiful thing that we will continue to explore as we ride this experimental wave 🌊
