This album is my tribute to the timeless grooves of disco, reimagined through the lens of modern soundscapes. Nu-disco is where nostalgia meets innovation, blending vintage rhythms with futuristic energy. I was drawn to the genre's ability to evoke pure joy while remaining fresh and contemporary.

"Retroverse" is more than just an experiment in sound—it's a celebration of movement, mood, and melody. By crafting these tracks, I sought to channel the spirit of the past and infuse it with my own creative flair, producing something that feels both familiar and excitingly new.

This project has been a journey into the heart of music’s power to connect and transport. From shimmering synths to pulsating basslines, "Retroverse" invites you to lose yourself in the dancefloor of your imagination, where yesterday’s grooves meet tomorrow’s beats.

"Floating" is the forthcoming single from Brooklyn based singer, songwriter, and producer Mattie Safer. The former singer/bassist for The Rapture comes back strong with a new track he made with Filip Nikolic (Poolside/Turbotito) that blends the classic feeling of New York's Paradise Garage with a modern electronic sound.
