Cass Clay is a hip-hop artist born and raised in the coastal city of Wollongong, NSW. Starting out early in his teens, Cass has been honing his craft for quite a number of years; regularly gigging on the live circuit ever since he turned the age of eighteen.
Known for his robust and charismatic live performances, Cass Clay has shared the stage with some of the biggest names in Australian hip-hop; having supported the likes of 360, Drapht, Illy, Pez, Kerser, M-Phazes, Horrorshow, Thundamentals, Spit Syndicate, TZU, Downsyde, Chance Waters, Mind Over Matter, Skryptcha, Simplex, The Tongue and more.
He was also chosen as local support for the Wollongong leg of American outfit, Bone Thugs N Harmony's national tour on two occasions. 

With an impressive list of support slots over the years along with a handful of his own headline shows, Cass Clay has already created a strong buzz in his hometown and now plans to aim for bigger and better things Australia wide. Currently in the writing and recording stages of his debut full-length album, Cass possesses an intelligent way with words that, along with his sharp cadence and strong delivery, accommodate well with the diverse range of concepts within his songwriting. Whether it be a thought-provoking, introspective ballad or a catchy, party anthem; Cass Clay unleashes it all in a witty yet brutally honest fashion and is an artist certainly to look out for.
