Debut double a side single 'For You / The Coroner' was produced by Bill Ryder-Jones at Elevator Studios, Liverpool.


The Coroner

Castanettes cover a broad spectrum of music, fusing different ideas from a collection of genres to give them a unique and diverse sound. 

Their self recorded demo's 'Live For You' and ' Never Change' were picked up by BBC Introducing with 'Live For You' getting air play on other stations such as Amazing Radio and appearing in the top 25 tracks of the week on Tom Robinson's Fresh Faves show on BBC 6 Music.

Castanettes will follow up this exposure by embarking on a mini UK tour in May - playing in Liverpool, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Mighty Boof at the Stadium in Whitehaven and will gain further exposure in their hometown with Carlisle Music City.
