literally just slap an achievement down that says "good job doing this horribly inefficient thing now move along.". i personally find great joy in this kinda stuff because people have provided me entertainment with stories of their goblins at the expense of their fun.

you could also have these minor things serve a more complex but not, mandatory, purpose that the seemingly useless function alludes to if you actually wanted the thing to have utility
