The Island Band  is a project led by norwegian producer, singer and songwriter Lars Myrvoll. Their 
latest album 'Like Swimming' featured an all star team of Norwegian musicians, disrupting the genre consensus of both pop and experimental music by juxtaposing the two, referencing both modern RnB sounds as well as old time crooners and classical film music.
