The ongoing search for the mysterious producer KATAMURO continues... Supposedly there has been sightings of the producer's where-abouts having been seen deserted on a desert island somewhere. Nobody knows if these rumors are true or if they came from Katamuro's newest release here on PinkStar Black, DESERTA EP. The first track DESERTA sets the EP's vibe with HOT EXCITING SYNTHS which are cooled down with a CHILL PIANO! The 2nd track HARDER increases the friction between the synths, making this EP even hotter. The 3rd and final track OPEN YOUR EYES, gives the listener a feeling of release that they have finally found who Katmamuro is or at least escaped the desert's heat. Lose yourself in infinite sand and space and hope to find Katamuro!

Nostalgia with a twist - Casual Connection brings a freshness to the Disco, Funk & RnB gems that he so expertly curates. Sampling, editing and re-working classic tracks, his productions are respectful of their origination while bringing something modern and inventive to create a genuine and unique signature sound. 

Casual Connection's, aka Lukasz Ru-Kasu absorbed music from an early age as if by osmosis. From age 8 he grew a passion for music and now has been actively DJing since 2002 and producing since 2014.

Since he started producing back in 2014, Casual Connection has been named in Traxsource's Top 100 Nu Disco artists for 7 consecutive years. He has also been featured in DJ Mag, DJ City, Warner Music's Cool Accidents and gotten over 65 #1's on Hyppedit.

As a DJ, Casual Connection has built a strong following in his hometown, Perth, as well as playing gigs in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Queensland, New Zealand, Taiwan, Thailand, Japan, Indonesia (Bali) & Splendour In The Grass, Club MTV, RnB Friday's, Listen Out Festival, Spiltmilk Festival, Groovin The Moo Festival, VIVID Festival.
