Forrest Yoga Back Bends (Level 2; Pigeon Back Bend & Wheel; 90 min)

For experienced Forrest Yoga students. Sequence includes Sun Salutations, Standing Pose Series. Apex poses include Flying Pigeon (Photo for this soundtrack) and Tittibhasana. An uplevel for Flying Pigeon is Flirting Pigeon - from Flying Pigeon, bend the knee of the top leg and bring foot toward buttock.

For experienced Forrest Yoga students. Includes Dolphin on Wall, Down Dog on Wall, Forearm Balance Twisted Root, Handstand Baddhakonasana, Insect on Windshield Stage 2, and Frog Belly Down.

Forrest Yoga Hip Opening & Inversions (Level 2; Insect On a Windshield Stage 2; 90 min)

For experienced Forrest Yoga students. The B-Series with Vignettes section is filled with Dolphin variations (including Strut and Dorsal Fin) and Pigeons. There is one inversion - Handstand Baddhakonasana. Apex poses are Yogini Dandasana and Dragonfly.

Forrest Yoga Back Bends (Level 2 - 3; Wheel, Viparita, Inversions; 1 Hr 38 Min)

This is a basic Forrest Yoga class for Active Beginner to Intermediate levels. Specifically created and recorded for members of the YogaOne Studios 40 Days to Personal Revolution Challenge. Taught by Catherine Allen (www.yogasublime.com)

Sequence includes some seated hips openers, sun salutations, short standing pose series, and inversions.

Forrest Yoga Overall (a lil bit of this and that; 50 min)

I designed this class for a hyper-kyphotic student. I've replaced the typical Forrest Yoga abdominals with Forrest Yoga ab work such as uddiyana, agni sara, and nauli. 

This class is meant for a student who has a regular Forrest Yoga practice. Apex pose is Pigeon Back Bend w/strap.

A little mistake in cueing for Astavakrasana: I said "level your hips" but meant "level your shoulders"

Forrest Yoga Back Bends (Level 2; Pigeon Back Bend; 83 min)

This class is for experienced Forrest Yoga students (not necessarily advanced).

Apex poses are Head to Ankle and Diving Osprey. 

Forrest Yoga Twists and Forward Bends (Level 2; Diving Osprey; 78 min)

For experienced Forrest Yoga students.

Apex Poses are Wheel, Viparita Dandasana or Dancer w/strap.

Forrest Yoga Back Bends (Level 2; Viparita; 88 min)

For experienced Forrest Yoga students. This class might be appealing to students who want a good "workout" but without the jumping around. 

This is an unusual sequence - not a typical Forrest Yoga sequence. 
The sun salutations at the beginning mostly consist of Arrow Lunges. Since the Arrows are early on in the class, for most people, keeping hands on floor or on the thigh is more digestible. I love doing Arrow Lunge with hands on floor - it turns on my hip and thigh in a delicious way!
The middle of the class is a sequence of mini standing pose series (4 poses) alternating with various inversions. Then there's a brief set of seated poses before getting to Head to Ankle, Roadkill, Reincarnation. 

Forrest Yoga Twists and Inversions (Level 2-3; Roadkill & Inversions; 2 hrs)

For experienced Forrest Yoga students. 

Apex poses are Diving Goddess in Handstand and Tittibhasana. Juicy Frog Belly Down at the end. 

Forrest Yoga Twists and Forward Bends (Level 2; Diving Goddess & Frog Belly Down; 92 min)

For experienced Forrest Yoga beginners through Level 2. Includes poses like Boat with Block, Cobra Pushups with Roll, Prelude to Wave Dancer, Camel on Wall.  

Includes Handstand or Forearm Balance, too.

Forrest Yoga Yummy and Intense Baby Back Bends (Level 1-2; Camel On Wall; 62 min)

For experienced Forrest Yoga students. The sequence includes a few inversions including Forearm Balance splits, Bow over the Roll, and Wheel to Wheel Walkover (for students whose arms can straighten during Wheel). 

Forrest Yoga Back Bends (Level 2; Inversions & Wheel Walkover; 1 hr 47 min)

For experienced Forrest Yoga students. Includes Forearm Balance Twisted Root, Handstand Baddhakonasana, Turn Signal to Astavakrasana. Apex poses are Head to Ankle, Roadkill, and Hammock Pose. 

Forrest Yoga Twists and Forward Bends (Level 2-3; Turn Signal, Roadkill & Hammock; 1 hr 36 min)

For experienced Forrest Yoga students. Includes Forearm Balance Twisted Root, Handstand Star Chakra, Lunge Back Bend w/Strap, and Wheel. Apex pose is Half Lotus Scorpion. (I accidentally say "Half Scorpion" on the audio recording!). 

Forrest Yoga Back Bends (Level 2-3; Half Lotus Scorpion; 2 hrs)

For experienced Forrest Yoga students. Includes inversions leading up to Handstand Lotus. Apex hip opening pose is Head to Ankle. The yoga room got very toasty due to the Texas summer, so I had to turn on the air conditioning for a few minutes. You'll hear the LOUD air conditioning unit for about 5 minutes in the second half of class.
