Asking for help is extremely difficult for some of us; however, we must understand that refusing to ask for help is counter-productive. 

Asking for help doesn’t mean you’re stupid, inadequate, “less than”, weak, or a burden...it simply means you need assistance with something specific at that moment. It is time we finally shed our old thought processes regarding asking for help and consider it for what it truly is...giving others an opportunity to contribute.
