Midnight to Sunrise is a 3 song EP that starts a series of short projects: the Oral Notebooks. I hope for this to be a series of small collections of songs that I have been working on over a specific period of time, a way to share music before a whole album is complete. Granted the time to delve into my songwriting over the course of the pandemic, I realized that my process relies more on recording my ideas for chords and riffs than on writing “sheet music.” Hence the idea for the Oral Notebooks.  However, these tracks will not just be the bare bones of a song, but rather a song carefully crafted and produced, as close to finished as possible (and yet most likely still to evolve further). The Oral Notebooks are an invitation to listen to my most recent work, and it will hopefully also serve as a continuing archive of my songs
