Before Bear Plays Spoons started Cathy and Chris got together in the summer of 2013 writing and recording some demo's in Chris's home studio. This page is a 10 song demo album. Most songs are currently played with Bear Plays Spoons. Niall O' Farrell can be heard playing bass on "In Motion", "Fizzy Pop" and "The 12 Pins". Mark Kelly plays drums on "The 12 Pins". All other music is written, recorded and played by Chris D'Alton and Cathy McGuinness
