I haven't found another indie artist who writes about being in care, so hopefully this can bring some fresh perspective to the scene. 
'Leaving' is about being happy to leave my difficult foster parents, but being sad that it ended so badly. It's about not being able to work out whether I was happy or sad to be going.

Annabelle is an LGBT song which describes my experience of falling in love with a girl, whilst still questioning my sexuality.
