Daniella Monet is an actress you might know from the series ‘Victorious’ or one of the many shows and movies on Nickelodeon she featured in.

Besides her acting career she is an ‘ethical mompreneur’ (listen me struggle on pronouncing this 🤣), and has lived a vegan lifestyle for the past 20 years. Self-care is an important theme in Daniella’s life. As we are both business women and moms with young children, we had a lot of similar challenges to talk about! 🤯

Making time for yourself - to take care of yourself - to keep your energy on a high level, so you are not depending on the circumstances to determine how you feel. (I am definitely rewatching this one as well!! 😅)

Jolien begon met een klein hartje aan haar groeitraject.
Ze sloot zich af van alle prikkels en dus ook van al wat leuk was, waardoor ze zich enorm ging remmen in haar potentie en geluk.

Als HSP ervaren we veel prikkels, waardoor onze aandacht met momenten kan verzwakken.

Zelfs tijdens je verlof merk je misschien dat je moeite hebt met ontspannen omdat je voortdurend in je hoofd zit. Er maalt voortdurend wel iets door dat molentje, waardoor je geen rust vindt.

Tijdens deze #dapperedinsdag deel ik met je hoe ik mijn focus train en ervoor zorg dat ik mega productief ben wanneer ik wil knallen én heerlijk ontspan tijdens mijn rustmomenten. 👇💖
