The mix I did for Earthdance 2013 in Perth. Featuring some of the old school and a few of the newer sounds of goa and psytrance. Featuring some of the most inspirational artists of psytrance who take me to another place. I hope this mix is able to take you on a journey too. Starts out full on and gradually progresses into the darker sounds. Enjoy!

A collaboration worked on between Steve "Forgone" North and myself. This is a deep industrial techno composition with a small amount of vocals. I aimed to create an old school warehouse techno feel with this one. Any comments are welcome as I'm open to changing this track up a little before I create the "final final" version. Enjoy!

Cattitude, Forgone - Inside the Mind (Original Mix)

Cattitude (A.K.A Celia Collins) is an up and coming techno, house and trance DJ and producer from Perth WA, now based in Sydney.  She has been DJing in Perth's underground music scene since 2009. 

It all started when Cattitude played her first African "djembe" drum and she fell in love with percussion, bass and electronic dance music. Cattitude is known for her underground style and powerful basslines, having played at some of the great underground parties and venues in Perth. The music Cattitude plays ranges from minimal techno, tech house, deep house, latin/jazzy house, progressive house and trance but she loves electronic dance music in all its shapes and forms.  Cattitude's musical influences include Underworld, John 00 Fleming, Sasha, Carl Cox, Faithless, Umek, Manuel De La Mere, Beckers & D-Nox, Lish, Mark Knight, Neelix, Gary Beck, Fedde Le Grand,  Above & Beyond, Moby, Weekend Heroes and many others. 

Cattitude has performed at some of Perth's premier venues including Niche Bar, Geisha Bar, Velvet Lounge, The Aviary, The Court, The Gate Bar, Eve Nightclub, Swan Basement, The Newport and Norfolk Basement. She also holds a weekly slot on The Backyard Project in Perth where she has been playing her music to listeners around Australia. She has also previously held a radio show with Europe's Infinity FM where she has been expanding her reach to listeners worldwide. Cattitude has recently been signed to Soundwaves Records in Poland where her single and EP have been released ( Congo Bongo (single) and Warp (EP)). Currently expanding her reach to clubs all over Perth, this DJ and producer will definitely be one to watch in the coming year. 

Cattitude's newest endevour is in producing some of the music she has come to love in the past 10 years. Although her production background is young,  with her musical background behind her and the use of Ableton, she looks forward to where this journey takes her.
