Catwash Records present the next instalment of jacking underground house grooves from label stalwart and member of the French Kitchen underground movement in Paris ‘Gulivert’.  It’s a welcome return to the label following on from his last successful outing on DJ W!LD’s imprint with his “Seven Wonders EP’ gaining heavyweight support from the likes of DJ Sneak, Ramon Tapia, Danny Tenaglia and Riva Starr.

Gulivert's Docteur Mad package provides a uncompromising set of DJ tools that are guaranteed to find there way into the record boxes of the DJ elite this summer season and make the crowd move day and night. The original 4-track EP is packed with raw, uncomprimising 909 beats, sun soaked summer grooves, filtered and blending flavours of the past with the sounds of today perfectly throughout, a signature of Gulivert’s sound.  

With original releases on 22 Digit Records, Movements Label, Cream Couture, Nite Grooves and Homecoming Music along with mixing regularly with the likes of DJ W!LD, Gauthier DM, Chris Carrier & Phil Weeks , Gulivert is proving it is his sultry and arousing music that will ensure that Gulivert is part of the french next generation. Gulivert's sultry spin on house music is in high demand, raising him from promising to prominent in just a few short years. With DJ residencies for Parisian clubs The Cirque Bonheur and Cirque Paradis, and hit-maker status with Catwash Records and Intacto already in his rear view, making 2013 his biggest year yet. With much more to come from Gulivert on Nite Grooves and French Kitchen, this hotly-tipped talent is poised to break out of the Parisian underground, and take his talents behind the decks and in the studio to the international stage.

Lewis Jimenez met Shadow Sanctuary boss Dexter Kane in a London club a few years back and they've stayed in touch ever since. His latest offering takes a deeper, more minimal turn, making it a perfect fit for the label's 15th release. Dexter's upbeat interpretation of title track 'In the Wick' pairs retro house elements with rolling moog bass to round off the package.
