Catz ’n Dogz reunite with their partner-in-rhyme Nala on bold new single, ‘DANCE’ - a high-energy, electro-punk anthem urging listeners to break free, let loose, and move like nobody's watching.

Following the success of their 2024 collaboration, ‘Me Me Me’ on Solomun’s Diynamic imprint - hailed for its genre-crossing DJ support and strong radio presence - the trio return with an unconventional, attitude-driven track designed to channel raw energy and rebellion through the power of movement.

“We wanted to create a track that could be played when you’re angry, or just if you need to release that pressure valve. Something with pure energy” says Greg of Catz ’n Dogz.

Backed by a gnarly, percussive, and growling production, Nala’s fierce vocals take center stage, delivering a defiant call to dance freely in the face of oppression.

Driving forward from their recent EP ‘Killing With Kindness’ which received an array of solid reviews from leading publications worldwide, the duo are now proud to announce their latest release. Two upbeat, off-centre productions that truly captivates the sound of Catz ‘N Dogz.

The opening track entitled ‘The Joy’ is a perfect showcase of the duos intricate ability to produce a diverse range of dance music. The warming vocal melody layered on top of a down-tempo synth arrangement gently drives the production from start to finish. Coupled with a deep, fluttering baseline ‘The Joy’ is yet another standout anthem from the pair.

Our set at Audioriver is slowly becoming a summer tradition for us. It's definitely one of the best festivals in Poland, with the most amazing crowd and people behind it.

This year felt especially magical – Faustyna joined us on stage to perform our unreleased track U&Me, and we were surrounded by our friends and family, which made the whole experience even more meaningful.

Audioriver was for so many years in Płock and moving it to the new city - Łódź was definitely not easy job. Big up to the whole Audioriver crew for making it next level.

Renowned for their consistently evolving sound, Catz 'n Dogz take a bold creative step with their new single 'Healing Time.'  A product of a series of winter recording sessions with one of Poland's most exciting young vocalist's, Ania Leon, the track is a fresh musical tangent for the duo, and one shaped by emotional storytelling, leftfield textures, and introspective production.

Moving away from their typical club-focused style, 'Healing Time' sees Catz 'n Dogz exploring new techniques in beat-making and harmony, creating a sound that feels raw, cinematic, and deeply human. Central to the track is a robotic vocal, stating: 'Here is me, with my heart wide open asking for help.' It's a powerful reversal of today's narrative, where humans often turn to AI in search of answers, Catz 'n Dogz imagine a world where AI reaches out to us for support, connection, and meaning

'This track is about searching for those rare moments in life when you feel truly free. When you're finally able to let everything go,' the duo explain. A message that's beautifully delivered in Ania's ethereal vocal,  fuelling the track with its elegance and poise. 

To complement the original's emotive atmosphere, the release also includes a Club Dub, which is a more stripped, dancefloor-driven version, already road-tested in recent sets to phenomenal response and offering DJs and fans a deeper, darker companion to the original.

“Everybody knows the vocal sample from the St.Germain record ‘Rose Rouge’, but a lot of people 
don’t know the original track is by Marlene Shaw, from a live performance she did back in the days. 
It’s been sampled by a lot of other people like Bob Sinclar, Grandmaster Flash and the famous 90s hit 
from Blue Boy. We have a lot of memories with this vocal because we were growing up in the 90s. 
That’s why we decided to do our take on this one. The first time we played it on a big festival we 
were shocked how well it works… That’s why we decided to release it officially, along with a second 
version that’s more stripped-down and based only on the conga and djembe rhythms.”

Claptone is a unique proposition in modern music. Painted as a mythical character shrouded in mystery, Claptone has become one of the biggest names in electronic music whilst himself remaining in the shadows. He has however constantly sought to deepen his own distinctive world, creating a rich tapestry, which tells the Claptone story.

In his second artist album ‘Fantast’, the Claptone universe is at its deepest and most vivid. He is the master of his domain and in his most artful offering yet, the assured 13 tracks of 'Fantast' come together to create an album full of varied colours and atmospheric textures.

In music Claptone seeks not to create a world of secrecy, but one of great depth and intrigue. Catz 'N Dogz are some of our oldest extended Dirtybird Family, spanning multiple EPs, a couple albums, some remixes, and we even presented their very first release as 'Catz N Dogz' as they transitioned from their old 3 Channels alias in 2007. It's been over 4 years since they've been on the label, and we're ecstatic to have them back with 'The Feelings Factory'. 

'Fine Feelings' features the legendary vocalist Robert Owens, and sounds like a classic deep house track from the late 90's when no one called it deep house, they just danced to it all night in warehouses. 

'Factory Settings' includes additional production from London's Joseph Ashworth, and from the first note to the last its filled with driving intensity and an ascending cacophony of rhythms and voices.

Open your eyes, open your ears… Catz ‘N Dogz return with their final transmission of 2018 and it’s all about the core fundamentals that brought every single one of us here today. The big three: Friendship, trust and love. Without them none of us thrive. Life can’t be enjoyed. Progress can’t be made. 
It’s the message of Greg and Voitek’s Music Manifesto last year. It’s the message they’ve lived and worked by since before their days as 3 Channels: stay curious, have faith in others, appreciate life. Take what you do seriously, but don’t take life seriously… How we live it is ‘The Choice’ we all have to make. 
A bold statement against insular club culture, closed minds and lack of innovation, ‘The Choice’ continues Catz ‘N Dogz positive broadcasts with the help of Miss Bunty and three great friends on remix duties. Bunty instantly flips us back 25 years to a warehouse in New Jersey with a soulful, provocative sermon about the best things in life, people and places. She wraps herself tightly around a thumping, grainy jacking acid beat creating instant uplift, focus and a lesson we should all aspire to. 
Her powerful delivery works just as effectively over all remixes. Belgian Beton returns to Pets with a darker, rippling rhythm that drops its anchor in the timeless techno abyss while Bawrut continues the rich vein of form he’s developed on Ransom Note with a caustic frenzy of breaks, acid and raw, gut-wrenching sirens. Finally we have Soul Notes and Shall Not Fade affiliate Adryiano close the case. Laying down a bed of peppy organs, he creates a fittingly classic garage vibe for Bunty to sign out to. At the forefront of the dance music landscape, DJ/Production duo and label heads, Catz ‘n Dogz are well and truly in the driver’s seat of their musical journey. Starting out as close friends, the pair have risen to critical acclaim, leaving a lasting impression on the electronic music community with their honest productions and label releases; spreading the love far and wide. With friendship as one of the main precursors to their success, they present a warming and emotional album channeling the intricacies of ‘Friendship’ and relationships.
Escaping to a wooden cabin in the Spanish countryside village, Cercedilla, which also shares the name of the opening album track, Greg and Voitek came together to create an album that re-wrote the Catz ‘n Dogz history book. Known for their diverse style and ability to craft varying pace and rhythm, the duo sought out consistency with their ‘Friendship’ LP to make an album in the truest sense; a long player to be listened to as one body of work. The 4x4 beat underpinning all music across the project, ‘Friendship’ encourages listeners to be at one with themselves and enjoy their life; to go with the flow of highs and lows that come with it.
As a testament to the bond that has allowed Catz ‘n Dogz to build and establish themselves, they invite a band of close friends and like-minded peers to collaborate on the album. Vocalist and guitarist James Yuill on the Spanish inspired ‘There’, fellow polish native Rosalie. on ‘Mind’ and deep vocals of ZENSOFLY and Maxville on the funky ‘Wave’. Travelling into new territories of cross-genre and lingual collaboration, leading Polish rapper, Taco Hemingway lays down lyrics in English on Yi Fang. Along with longtime friend Kiddy Smile and fellow creative mind Rouge Mary, teaming up on 90’s house inspired love song ‘One Plus You’. Appearances also come from WhoMadeWho on the cool and breezy ‘Never Go Down’, before later delving deeper into the ethereal voice of Jono McCleery in ‘Would You Believe’ and the eerie folk-esque vocals Eglė Sirvydytė on second-last track ‘Water’.
Sharing the same name as their countryside escape, introductory interlude ‘Cercedilla’, eases the listener in with warm notes and raw samples of running water taken from the cottage that became their home. ‘New Love’ celebrates new possibilities and challenges that come throughout life; narrated with rumbling break-beat and euphoric synth lines. Big kicks and funky melodies in ‘This Feels Real’, build anticipation for what is set to follow in the acidic elements of ‘Questions’; denoting the rollercoaster of emotion one can experience throughout the relationships we make. 
Hugging the listener with emotional piano chords, ‘Moments Turn To Hours’ encourages the idea of being at peace with oneself, acknowledging the long and hard times and allowing them to pass on by. Looking back to the Berlin days of Catz ‘n Dogz, ‘Last Song For Berlin’ summarises the decade they spent there. Celebrating the people and friendships they made and channeling the soulful side to a city so lauded for its darkness in the Techno scene. Picking up with ‘Hedonic Treadmill’ drum and bass elements, layered with emotive keys and uplifting soulful samples, see out the album with a sense of euphoria and hope for the future. 
Left and right, yin and yang, Catz ‘n Dogz. Greg and Voitek are proof that opposites do attract. Now living in different cities and leading alternative lives, their friendship blooms stronger than ever, culminating in their truest and most heartfelt body of work to date – ‘Friendship’.
