Wendell Berry's legacy is often recalled by a simple phrase: "we are what we eat," and so is our world. Cayuga St. Kitchen celebrates a growing food movement centered on honest production and collaboration; together, we are driving a healthier, more sustainable food system. This means better farming and healthier land, better diets and healthier people, better spent money and richer local economies. This is a movement by everyone and for everyone.
