Behold, SHFT! A wizard of sound. A master of texture, and a creator of driving, progressive dimensions that propel oneself into parts unknown. 

'Cyborg' is a perfect example of the way SHFT's captivating basslines take hold of listeners and dance floors. Through clever sequencing and attention to textural detail, it rolls on and on without tiring. The track slowly builds and intensifies, accumulating in a rich and immersive sonic plain which eventually cascades into resolution. This is certainly a track to get lost in.

'Glyph' displays the more playful side to SHFT's style. Between the crunchy drums and bassline, the track pings about giving a bouncy and infectious feel. All along, retaining an atmosphere that keeps one's mind outside of the observable reality. The effective groove in this track is sure to get bodies moving beyond the early hours.

'Abyss' is a piece destined for the more gentle and personal moments. Whilst it still has great danceability, its subdued speed and patient nature lends to a shut-eye experience. It wouldn't be a SHFT track without exceptional sound design, which perpetuates throughout. Noticeably in the breakdown with the wonderfully squelchy acid sounds. Abyss is a ideal example of SHFT's experience and past in progressive music.

'Neutral Drift'. Co-produced with friend and sonic explorer KR:DS, Neutral Drift rounds of the release with finesse, further executing the Neo-Psy sound. The effective 'Call and Response' method between the different elements comes to the fore in this track and mixes a medley of dry and wet sounds, culminating into another modern techno masterpiece.

Four years after his debut EP, Seo John takes a detour into introspection with "Scenic Route" — an atmospheric journey that blurs time, memory, and movement.
Each track feels like a road untraveled, yet oddly familiar.

"Painted Woods" opens the journey with lush, sweeping strings that evoke the feeling of walking through a forest wrapped in fading light.
"Drifting Minds" picks up the pace with a haze of dreamy pads, soft piano notes, and darker synth undertones — tracing the sensation of moving forward while slightly lost in thought.
"Dewpoint" radiates warmth through soft pads and gently evolving synths, as delicate layers shimmer like morning dew.
"Temporal Flora" blends wistful synths and tender guitar lines with live drums, echoing fleeting memories that can’t be retraced.

Melancholic yet hopeful, "Scenic Route" unfolds like a distant recollection — where emotions drift, shimmer, and dissolve, too delicate to name.

today one year ago the fifth edition of traumburg started and I played the first tunes of the festival in our garden in the early evening.

The Levitating Frog III (Presented by Repulsive Force)

Long-time friends and kindred spirits, Audrey Danza and Andrea Dama finally lock into each other’s wavelength with Signals in Movement, their first collaborative release on Proxima. The EP moves fluidly across moods and energies: the opener is a restless acid track, unfurling in evolving 303 spirals that feel like they’re crawling out of the floorboards of the afters. The second track, Ghosts in Sync (Tech Mix), sharpens the edges into a deep techno workout with funky elements. Closing with Dolce Circuito (Sunday Mix), the pair channel blissed-out euphoria—a shimmering nod to the hedonistic warmth of Cocktail d’Amore’s marathon Sundays. The result is less a split of their individual voices and more a new hybrid language—playful, intuitive, and designed to move bodies across the spectrum of night into day.
